Tips for staying organized
Tip 1: Use folders strategically
Don't let all chats pile up in "Chats". Create folders:
- By project: "Project X", "Project Y"
- By topic: "Claims Analysis", "Budget Planning", "Learning"
- By time: "This Month", "Archive"
Right-click a chat → move it to a folder.
Tip 2: Pin important conversations
Working on something active? Pin it.
Right-click chat → Pin
It stays at the top of your list so you don't lose it.
Tip 3: Rename chats with context
Default: "New chat" or first question
Better: "Claims Analysis - March 10, 2025" or "Budget Decision - Options Compared"
Right-click → Rename
When you search later, you'll find it instantly.
Tip 4: Download important chats immediately
Found a useful analysis? Export it right away.
Right-click → Download → pick format
Don't wait until later when you can't find it.
Tip 5: Use search instead of scrolling
Lost a chat? Don't scroll through your entire history.
Click Search. Type a keyword. Find it instantly.
